I’m Adam Biernat — a food and product photographer elevating premium brands through restrained imagery.

My work is built on reduction and a sculptural approach — removing the unnecessary to let form, texture and light speak. With a background in architecture and art history, and years spent in Iceland and Norway, I’m drawn to quiet compositions with a strong sense of presence.

This allows brands to present their products with absolute clarity and intent — creating considered brand assets that elevate perceived value and position them distinctly in the market.

I’ve worked with brands such as Herbalife and Fier. My work has been featured by ASSOULINE, and has appeared in Nordic publications including FÆÐA | FOOD.

Working from my studio in Gdynia, Poland, I collaborate with brands across Europe through remote productions — built around efficiency, precision and complete control over every detail.
