Selected editorial work created for FÆÐA | FOOD — an Icelandic bilingual publication exploring Nordic cuisine, culture, and contemporary food storytelling through a refined editorial lens.
Across multiple issues, I created still life imagery, conceptual food photography, and visual stories centered around Icelandic ingredients, traditions, and people — both remotely from my studio and on location in Iceland.
The work ranged from restrained studio still lifes to documentary-style editorial features, always guided by atmosphere, materiality and emotional resonance rather than trend-driven food imagery.
Several productions were created entirely remotely in collaboration with the editorial team in Reykjavík.
Published annually in a collectible print format, FÆÐA | FOOD was distributed internationally through select bookstores and boutiques in Reykjavík, London, Berlin, Amsterdam and New York.

His imagery felt thoughtful, cohesive, and emotionally resonant, while his ability to develop strong visual concepts and deliver refined work reliably made him an invaluable creative partner.
We returned to him for multiple projects and would highly recommend him to any brand or publication seeking distinctive visual storytelling.
