About
Hi! I’m Adam Biernat.
I've spent the last decade photographing food and products for brands that understand restraint is a form of confidence.
My work is defined by a quiet, sculptural approach — reducing each composition to what truly matters, and allowing form, texture and light to take precedence.
I create imagery that feels intentional, tactile and grounded — where every element has a purpose, and nothing is accidental.
Visual Language
My visual language is shaped by a background in art history and architecture, studied in Gdańsk, and by several years spent living in Iceland and Norway.
These influences continue to inform how I see and construct images — with an emphasis on materiality, atmosphere and space.
I work with brands that value restraint, precision and a considered visual language.
Experience
For over a decade, I’ve worked across commercial and editorial photography, developing a consistent, detail-driven approach to food and still life imagery.
I’ve collaborated with brands such as Herbalife and Fier Seafood, and my work has appeared in Nordic publications including FÆÐA | FOOD.
Alongside commercial commissions, I create fine art photography (adambiernatstudio.com) collected on five continents and featured by ASSOULINE — a practice that continues to shape my sensitivity to light, composition and detail.
How I Work
I work remotely from my studio in Gdynia, Poland, collaborating with brands and agencies across Europe.
My process is built around precision, efficiency and complete control over every detail — allowing projects to run smoothly while maintaining a consistently high level of execution.
From initial conversations to final delivery, I aim to make the production process clear, focused and dependable.
What Drives Me
I'm drawn to the quiet tension between simplicity and desire.
Images that feel tactile. Intentional. Quietly confident.
I believe restraint creates clarity — and that clarity is what makes a premium product feel worth the price.
Let’s create imagery that elevates perceived value.
If you're planning a launch, campaign or visual refresh, I'd love to hear about your project.
